如今科研工作对仪器的要求是：经济高效、可靠耐久、简单易用。为了满足这些要求， BioTek 仪器研制开发了 Synergy™ HT 多功能微孔板检测仪。这一采用荧光、吸收光和化学发光进行检测的微孔板检测仪在设计上就彰显出其所有检测模式的卓越性能。与许多多功能微孔板检测仪不同，Synergy HT 采用了独一无二的双路学设计。
在进行荧光检测时，Synergy HT 采用卤钨灯和干涉滤光片，并配以 PMT 检测器来实现波长特异性。卤钨灯可产生大量恒定强度的光，从而增强检测的灵敏性和可重复性。特定设计的荧光干涉滤光片可有效防止从激发波长到发射波长的漏光现象，这一点对具有细小斯托克位移的荧光染料尤其重要。此外，该仪器可适用不同带宽的滤光片，从而可更加有效地针对其实验量身定制荧光检测。
该套仪器采用数字光子整合的低噪声 PMT，从而实现高性能的化学发光检测。
当处于吸收光检测模式时，仪器将转为用氙闪灯和单色器以进行波长选择。使用氙闪灯可实现紫外和可见光吸收检测。单色器可按 1 nm 的增幅提供从 200 nm 至 999 nm 的波光选择。因此，双光学设计可支持研究者轻松拥有三种完全不同的读板模式。
Synergy HT 拥有 4-Zone™ 温控系统，可确保动力学分析所必需的严格的温度均一性。紧凑小巧的结构和可与机械抓手集成的设计，令 Synergy HT 亦可兼容大多数的自动化系统。同时，仪器还提供试剂分液选择。通过 BioTek Gen5™ 数据分析软件可进行读板控制。USB 和串行端口可实现轻松连接。
专为敏感的同源分析和细胞分析而优化的自动顶部和底部落射荧光检测模式
兼容Take3微量检测板，可以进行16个体积为2 µL样品的DNA/RNA260nm检测。节省珍贵样品，操作快速简单。
